[May 12, 2008] Diva Joan Cartwright, founder and executive director of WOMEN IN JAZZ SOUTH FLORIDA, INC. was appointed Director of the Eastern Division of the International Association for Women Of Color Day by it's founder and executive director Suzanne Brooks.
On Saturday, October 4, 2008, these two organizations will celebrate Women of Color Day, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
